Do carry this card with you while getting on the ship and also during disembarking on the port. This would obviate the carrying of the cash always.

Buying in the duty free shops on the ports is one of the things that people indulge in during cruise travel. But care must be taken as regards the prices and the quality of the products. Hence, it may be a good idea only to buy from the branded shops.

While cruise travel, it is of paramount importance that you keep two duplicate copies of all your documents. While you can keep one set of copies safely in your suitcase in the cabin, you can carry the other one with you while roaming inside the ship as also while disembarking on the ports.
