Dos
When you are on a nude beach you cannot wear absolutely any clothes. You are allowed towels and sarongs if you want protection from sun or wind, but generally you need to be completely nude.
Do behave completely natural. You need to loose your self-consciousness while you are in front of complete strangers without a stitch on you and behave naturally. It is important that you blend in the crowd and not stand out uncomfortably.
Do make friends. Just because the next person to you is totally in the buff, it does not mean you cannot speak with them. Male or female, you can make friends the same way you would on a normal beach.
Do have fun - you will feel totally liberated, free and equal when you move in the nude. Enjoy the experience - it is like no other.
Do carry plenty of sunscreen lotion - when you are in the nude, you will be likely to get sun burnt much faster. Ensure you carry a good quantity so you can put all over the body.
Do take long swims in the sea. The experience of swimming without any inhibition stark naked in the water is exhilarating experience that can never be described in words.
Do go for a complete body tan. You can have no better occasion to achieve a full body even tan than when you are on a nudist beach.
Don'ts
Do not go with a camera unless you have someone take your own photographs. Never take anybody's photograph until you have the person's permission and he/ she have given their consent.
Do not pass any derogatory comments or laugh at anyone who you see on the beach.
Do not stare at anybody; it is impolite to stare at anyone even in normal circumstances; while on nude beaches it is a cardinal sin.
Do not solicit for sex. Flirting is always tolerated on nudist beaches, but open invitations for sex are considered gross and inappropriate.
Remember, all the behavior codes that are observed in the "dressed'" are applicable here as well. Courtship, flirting, asking for dates is ok. Soliciting, asking for sex, indecent behavior is a big no-no.
